Connecting Before Asking
The reality is that as we lead our teams, families, and organizations, we must connect to the heart before we ask for the hand. Aim High & Aim Low
To be fair, this seems like it wouldn't make sense. It seems like I'm always preaching and coaching on "aiming high", that it's "better to aim high and miss than it is to aim low and hit".
