We Don't Train Our Team Members

You read that correctly. We don't train our team.

However, what we do is coach our team members.

And maybe for you, it's simply changing a word. For us, it changes everything. There's a significant difference between training and coaching. As Jesse Cole (from the Savanah Bananas) says, "We don't train our team members. Dogs are trained; humans we coach them, educate them, mentor them."

Your people don't want to be trained. They want to be cared for - both inside AND outside the walls of your business. Your people want to be mentored, and our responsibility is to pour into others so they can be the best version of themselves.
