Trust | Pt. 3

Another key aspect as we talk about building trust is building in vulnerable honesty along with accountability coming from all sides and all people. Everyone on the team needs to understand that we need to build a culture of holding each other’s “feet to the fire” and holding each other accountable - regardless of position, regardless of who they are - every person on any team needs to be able to hold anyone accountable.

If we can check our ego at the door and allow and allow others to hold us to a higher set of accountability standards - we’ll grow wild, crazy trust!
