Transitions in Leadership | Part 3

Hello guys and gals,

Today, we're in the third installment of a series we are doing on Transitions in Leadership and Succession in Business and how can make this transition as easy and pain-free as possible.

First, we talked about "Transfer of Trust" and then we talked about "Letting Go of Our Ego". The third part is being very specific and having clarity in the midst of these transitions.

I'll be the first to admit when it comes to these things in my own life, I'm not the best at it. I'm not the best at creating clarity in terms of transfer of leadership and having things on paper on how this thing needs to work to be successful. So, this talk is as much for me as it is for you.

There's a lot to unpack today. So, let's jump in together, grow and learn together and be better today than we were yesterday.
