As we work with and lead people - especially millennials and Gen Zer's - we have to talk with them about patience. We, literally, have the world at our fingertips with phones and computers and we live in an instant gratification culture. Technology produces impatience.

How do we help coach and grow and mold and teach people within our teams (and ourselves) about patience, especially when you're shooting for the stars and wanting to be wildly successful?

It takes time. It takes practice. It takes patience.
