Tank Fillers


Last week, we discussed willpower and how we begin the day with our fullest energy to accomplish necessary tasks. We all have obligations and stressors that drain our energy reserves.


These energy-draining tasks might be important and valuable, but it's also crucial to have activities that replenish your energy. What brings you joy? What recharges your energy? What helps reset your "battery"?


Perhaps it starts with a good night's sleep, praying more, being around people who uplift you, or living purposefully. All these activities can replenish your energy.


We challenge you to discover what brings you joy. It could be a motorcycle ride, a date with your spouse, watching a movie, or enjoying a girl's night out. Whatever it is, find those activities that bring you joy and recharge your energy so you can be your best self.


You owe it to yourself and those around you.
