Some People Just Can't Handle It

If you've followed along for any length of time, you've heard us talk about how important overcommunicating is. How vital transparency is as a leader and a coach. Overcommunicating and being transparent is a bedrock, foundational belief.
But we've come to find over the years of coaching other leaders that some people can't handle certain information. They can't handle the overcommunication and transparency. The biggest example I would give you is when we are too transparent with financial things.
