Gratitude

Gratitude is a muscle that needs to be exercised. It is a habit that needs to be developed. How do you practice gratitude? Maybe it is making a list of all you're grateful for. Perhaps it is spending time praying each day thanking the Lord for all he's given you.
Whatever it is for you - I encourage you to actively and intentionally practice gratitude. When you do, I guarantee that it will change your entire outlook.
