Go Where You Are Wanted

We all want to be wanted. We all have this inherent desire to be valued and celebrated, but sometimes we settle with being tolerated. And sometimes there must be some necessary endings in order to move into a space where you are wanted, valued, and celebrated.

Those necessary endings can be very challenging, and very hard, It takes courage to stand up for yourself. It takes guts to make, potentially, large-scale changes. Our encouragement to you is to lean in. Lean into your faith. Lean into the lessons that you've learned. Lean into those healthy relationships and find where you are wanted - and not just tolerated.

You will be better for it and the people that you lead will be better for it as well.
