Get To Know Their Battles

Be kinder than necessary...because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. It doesn't matter the arena. Work, home, church, community - everyone everywhere is fighting something you can't see.

It's important as leaders that we know our people and are tuned into things happening in their lives and the battles they are facing. Who knows, maybe you've faced that battle already and can be someone they can lean on. We must be FOR people and walk alongside this journey of life with them. Be kind. Be compassionate.
