Do Your People Want To Be There?

If you're leading a team of any sort - business, church, government, sports, schools - ask yourself, "do the people on my team want to be there?" The truth is, there could, very easily, be someone who doesn't want to be there.

What's the next step? As Jim Collins would say, "How do we get the right people on the bus and the wrong people off the bus?" Maybe it's their attitude or demeanor, maybe it's their performance. Maybe it's all of the above.
