Demand for Excellence

Today we're talking about excellence. We must have a high demand for excellence. So for you, what kind of discipline are you placing on yourself to have a high demand for excellence? Doing so creates high expectations for yourself and the people around you. It is a high calling and creates a culture, a "butterfly effect" on the people around you.

My challenge to you today is to have a higher demand for excellence, to destroy mediocrity, and not accept anything less than your absolute best.
