Core Values & Culture

There's nothing scientific about creating Core Values, there's no right or wrong answer but it's all about getting it done. Every organization, business, church, family, etc. needs to have a set of Core Values. And maybe there are already Core Values already in place...but maybe now is the time to take an inventory of how they are being lived out.

Here are the simple ways to get your team together and, simply, start the process. Something is better than nothing.
