CORE VALUES are vital for every organization, business, school, church, team - you name it. They are the foundation on which every decision is made. And if you don't have them, it can be lethal.

So, how are core values established? How do you know which values are core values...and which ones aren't? For the control freaks...how do you open up the conversation and give others a voice in deciding those core values?
