Coaching vs. Leading

Coaching. I've come to this term "Coach vs Leader" because I believe if you're leading people - at the end of the day, you're simply a coach. It's a shift of mindset because we want people to know and believe that they are coaches in all facets and areas of life.

We get to use our unique life experiences to help others live their best lives. It's a process, it's a journey but one that is well worth it!
