Bridging Generations | Part 3

We're continuing our conversation on bridging the generational gap. And today, we're talking specifically to and about Millennials. We have some ROCKSTAR millennials in our team and there are things that we can and need to learn from them. But there are also some things that millennials need to be aware of as well.

Patience. You want to do more, you want to help with decisions and lead more, and we get that, but we need some patience in this process. Part of the lack of patience is the amount of technology that you've been raised with. You, literally, grew up having a super-computer in your hand but because of the amount of information you have access to, it demands patience when working with others.

Let's dive in a little bit deeper and talk through some other ideas and thoughts as we talk about bridging the generational gap.
