Boundaries: Part Two
You're a leader. You're in charge of people. People have lives outside of the workplace, but what do you do when you see behavior (outside of work) that needs to be addressed?
Maybe a better question is: How do you develop a relationship with your people to the point where there is accountability? A place where correction can take place without becoming offended? What can you do today to show that you truly care for your people?
