Be Aggressively Helpful
This principle, this mindset, is something we are challenging ourselves with every day - regardless of the organization and regardless of your position. If we all focus on being aggressively helpful, we build incredibly cohesive, invincible, trusting teams.
The problem arises when someone pisses us off; when everything "hits the fan", when things aren't right - being aggressively helpful tends to go out the window.
How can we continue to be aggressively helpful in those adverse times, when things just aren't "clicking", or when someone did something against us? Put some focus on this mindset during your week. How can you, even during things not going to according to play, continue to be aggressively helpful?
